Cornerstone is a concept that is much more than just the sum of its parts. It is the only new project in Barcelona to have its own private plaza. This 2,100 m2 plaza has allowed us to create a communal area for the occupiers of Cornerstone. A place to meet, think, work, create, or simply take a break.
An impressive corner entrance leads to the plaza and direct access to the three buildings. Each building can be configured as an independent HQ, or alternatively structured to provide maximum flexibility with spaces ranging from 165 m2 to single open floors of 1,900 m2.
As we understand that companies today don't think of their office space only in terms of square metres, Cornerstone has therefore been designed around 4 principals that we believe reflect the values and interests of the 21st Century company.

Floor space at Cornerstone is highly flexible and common spaces have been designed optimally to reduce excess. We have an intelligent BMS that integrates all of the buildings' installations.

Dedicated recycling rooms, bicycle parking, changing rooms and showers for all occupiers. The buildings are prepared so that occupiers can easily achieve LEED Commercial Interiors Platinum certification.
SAVINGS
SAVINGS
We have designed a product focused on reducing occupation costs, in both communal and private spaces. Our occupiers will spend less on A/C, heating and lighting, thanks to Districlima and the Dali lighting control system. The buildings have been designed so that exterior cleaning of windows can be carried out without the need of gondolas.
FLOOR AREAS
Cornerstone's floors and communal areas are designed to optimize space usage. The number of columns and pinch-points have been reduced to a minimum to allow occupiers more efficient use of their space. The result is that occupiers will need to rent less m2 in Cornerstone than most comparable buildings.

Location
Cornerstone sits in the middle of Poblenou, in the Parc Central – Diagonal area, at the intersection of Calle Bilbao and Cami Antic de Valencia and one block away from the Poblenou metro stop.
Getting here couldn’t be easier – we have metro, tram, bicing, taxis and 7 bus services within 150m. For those that nonetheless still need to use a car, Poblenou has 6 exits from the Ronda Litoral and Cornerstone is 10 minutes from Paseo de Gracia along Gran Via.

As foreseen by Ildefons Cerdà, designer of 20th Century Barcelona, Poblenou is now seen as the new centre of economic activity in the city.
Straddling Avenida Diagonal and between Gran Via and the beach, Poblenou has become the perfect area to work, live, shop and stroll in the heart of Barcelona.
In addition to the Rambla de Poblenou, the retail and social artery of the area, the district also offers 3 shopping centres (Glories, Diagonal Mar, Centre de la Vila), over 800,000 m2 of offices, old factories converted to dynamic loft spaces, and modern housing developments.

The migration of companies into Poblenou has been a growing phenomenon since the 22@ plan was implemented in 2000. Various public institutions, private companies and universities have moved in, attracted by the availability of large, efficient floor plates, located in the city centre.
The two key strategic projects for the city, 'Smart Cities' and 'Capitalidad del Móvil', will be located in Poblenou.

The end-result is the creation of a building that positively contributes to its environment, encourages sustainable transport, reduces waste, and provides a cleaner, fresher working environment for the occupier.
We want to ensure that this effort is measurable and certified, and and have therefore gone through the LEED process to achieve GOLD, the first building in Barcelona to achieve this level Furthermore our efforts in creating a sustainable building will enable occupiers to easily achieve LEED Commercial Interiors PLATINUM status at a relatively low cost.
Cornerstone will provide full support and an initial analysis of occupiers’ needs to assist them in this process.
LEED is the USGBC (US Green Buildings Council) sustainable development certification process, recognized internationally. Its focus is to ensure that the building contributes positively to its surroundings and reduces the impact on the environment. Cornerstone's LEED Gold status means a more pleasant environment and important savings for our occupiers.
